Regardless of Alert Level, all our practices will continue providing the best health care for you and your whānau

Alert Level 4 and 3

During Alert Levels 3 and 4 our consults are through phone and video. We may be able to see some patients in person for very urgent medical care. If you are concerned about Covid or have symptoms please call us to arrange to get tested for Covid-19. Nearly all of our practices are testing their enrolled patients and many are able to test casual patients.

Phone your local medical centre or Healthline if you have or had a cough, cold or flu-like symptoms or are concerned about coronavirus 

Look after your own health - how to stop the spread of infection

  • Regularly wash your hands (for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap and dry thoroughly)
  • Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze
  • Stay home if you’re sick
  • Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
  • If you do feel unwell you should avoid public gatherings and events
