Access to back-office services, preferred suppliers and
discounts without changing ownership
We offer a separate Management Services Agreement (MSA) for a fixed fee that provides access to the following with or without change in ownership.
An MSA is designed to leverage what you are already doing, make running the practice easier and contribute to ensuring profitability, performance, and efficiencies are maximised.
The Green Cross Health Support Office operates as an enabler for Medical Centres to prosper as individual practices, with the right business tools to measure and benchmark service delivery.

A few years ago Dr Harry Hillebrand and wife Fiona (also the practice manager), sold Waimauku Doctors & Silver Fern Medical Centre to Green Cross Health. As a GP for over 30 years and in this business since 1997, Harry “worked day and night for many years, working in and on the business 24/7.”
