At Green Cross Health, we believe great people know great people! Our Employee Referral Program rewards you for helping us find GPs and clinical staff to join our team.
How It Works
If you refer a candidate who is successfully hired into a permanent role, you’ll receive a referral bonus. The referred employee must be new to Green Cross Health - this means they cannot be an existing employee moving between entities within Green Cross Health.
Referral Bonus Payment
The payment will be made once the new employee commences their role. Payment is processed through Payroll as gross pay, meaning it is taxable. Only one referral payment will be made per new employee. The Green Cross Health CEO has the final say on any claims related to the referral program.
