Centrally located in Motueka, our medical centre offers plenty of free parking, making your visit an easy one.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to our community and are proudly cornerstone accredited. This is an annual accreditation, in which we meet more than 200 strict national standards set by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, ensuring that our care focuses on the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Covid-19 Tests & Results
If you have Covid-19 symptoms or are a household contact of a positive case please phone us to arrange your test. Most testing is now done via Rapid Antigen Testing (RATs) with results available within 30mins. You will need to self-report your result via My COVID Record or by calling 0800 222 478 and pressing option 3. The majority of positive cases will be able to self-manage and required to follow current isolation rules. If you have concerns or if your symptoms are worsening, call us on 03 528 8358 or 111 in an emergency.

Covid-19 Vaccinations

Request Covid Vaccine

Complete the online form, book through Book My Vaccine or phone us on 03 528 8358 for 5-11 year olds, standard vaccines and boosters.

Consults
Many consults are virtual (phone or video), with some in person. Phone 03 528 8358 to book and tell us if you have any Covid-19 symptoms. We will explain what to do when coming into the practice. Please wear a mask at all times.

How To Book An Appointment

For enrolled patients

Log in to your patient portal via The Doctors App on your phone or the desktop version. Once logged in, you can view available practitioners and appointments.

Please note: Booking through the app is available for enrolled patients only. If you don’t have a login, please create an account here. If you have just enrolled, please note that you won’t have access to The Doctors App until we have confirmed your enrolment via email. If you are unsure, please call us.

To Download ‘The Doctors App’ on your mobile:

1. Scan the QR code below, or click on the Apple or Google Play buttons which will take you directly to the app store to download it.

2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the unique practice invite code: MOTU

3. Enter your details. Please make sure your name, date of birth, and mobile number match the details you gave us when you enrolled with us.

Chaperones and Support Persons

A chaperone may be offered or suggested by your doctor or nurse for certain examinations and procedures. You have the choice to decline or accept.

Would you like a Chaperone?

All patients are entitled to request one for any appointment or procedure
They are usually an approved medical professional
Let us know when you book or talk with reception when you arrive

Are you bringing a Support Person?

Let our reception know if you want someone to stay with you during your appointment. These are usually family members or friends.
Please speak to any staff member for more information about our chaperone / support person policy.

Closed on weekends and public holidays

After Hours Care

If you have a medical emergency, call 111

As a rural practice we provide a limited after hours service.
Please call 03 528 8358 where your call will be answered by a registered nurse from HealthLine.
If you need to see a GP urgently and one is available the nurse will arrange this.
