We offer different payment methods:

Medeor Pay by Link - This is a secure online payment option. The clinic sends you a link which allows you to have full visibility of all your unpaid invoices and you can choose to pay the full outstanding amount or make a part payment. Please note each link is valid for 21 days or until any changes have been made to your account.

Pay Online via Direct Credit - To make a payment to an account, please use the patients first and last name as reference. Our bank account number is: 02 0108 0416569 01 (note end digits are 01 NOT 00).

Late Payment Fee & Administration Fee

To ensure the smooth processing of our services and to encourage timely payments, we have introduced the following changes to our payment policies, effective from the 25th August 2023.

Late Payment Fee - A late payment fee of $10.00 will be applied to accounts that has not been paid in full on the day of service or consultation. The late payment fee will be removed if full payment has been made within 5 working days from the service or consultation date. This fee is designed to reflect the additional administrative costs associated with handling overdue payments.

Administration Fee - Furthermore, if your account remains unpaid for more than 30 days for any service provided, an additional Administration Fee of $10.00 will be charged.

We encourage you to make your payments on the day of service to avoid incurring additional fees.
