  • Dr Stephanie Taylor

    Dr Stephanie Taylor

    Dr Taylor is a Specialist General Practitioner and owner at St Heliers Medical in Auckland where she has practiced since 2004 and will continue patient consults as she is passionately committed to continuity of care with her patients.
    Prior to this she worked as a GP in both Wellington and South Auckland. Stephanie has been a Director of both ProCare Network Limited and ProCare Health Limited, is a Trustee for the mental health charity Voices of Hope, a clinical examiner for the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners, and a member of the NZMA General Practice Council.

    As Clinical Director, Stephanie provides clinical leadership and support to our network and partner with our General Manager Medical on executing strategic opportunities for the Green Cross Health Medical group. 

  • Nurse Practitioner Megan Brebner

    Nurse Practitioner Megan Brebner

    MBHealthSci, PGDip Nursing, CompDipRN

    Megan is a Nurse Practitioner from Tauranga and is a new member to our Green Cross Health Clinical Advisory Group.

    Megan joins us with 30 years of experience working in primary care as a Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse.  She has been an active member of the The Doctors Tauranga Clinical Governance Committee since 2010. Megan qualified as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017 and works across two primary care practices in the region: The Doctors Tauranga and the Doctors Bureta. She has a Specialty Area in Long Term Condition Management.

  • Dr Harry Hillebrand

    Dr Harry Hillebrand


    Harry has been working in rural General Practice in Waimauku, Auckland, for the last 30 years. He has been a practice owner and manager for 20 years. Harry has been active in GP obstetrics in earlier years, and more recently has been involved in several initiatives, including collaborative treatment models with pharmacy, integrating with pharmacy in chronic care management, and establishment of standing orders for allied health practitioners.

    He is currently part of the clinical group looking at Virtual/ Telehealth services and is actively involved in teaching students and GPEP1 registrars.

  • Nurse Manager Julie Olson

    RN, BSN

    Julie originally trained as a nurse in the United States of America and has since worked in Emergency Departments and Urgent Care/ General Practices throughout the USA, Australia and New Zealand since 2010.

    After spending 6 years in Auckland as the Urgent Care Team Leader at a busy Urgent Care / General Practice, she relocated to the Hawkes Bay. Julie is now the Nurse Lead for three practices in Hastings: The Doctors Hastings, The Doctors Waipawa and The Doctors Gascoigne. 

  • Dr Allan Tee

    Dr Allan Tee

    MBChB (Otago), Dip Obs & Gynae, Dip Paeds, FRNZCGP, FRNZCUC

    Allan has been working in Primary Health Care for approximately 18 years and with The Doctors medical centres since 2001. He held the General Manager role at The Doctors Ti Rakau for 10 years, and succeeded in helping the clinic gain the ACC Urgent Care contract, UCC accreditation, GP Cornerstone and Immigration NZ Medical contracts. Currently Allan is a Partner/Director of The Doctors Middlemore and works as a GP/UCC physician at both Ti Rakau and Middlemore practices.

    Allan supports our network with clinical advice on matters related to UCC and GP cornerstone policies/procedures, and shares his extensive experience in the management of medical businesses, GP remuneration and recruitment, and new model of care.

We are proud to have a forum that strengthens clinical and professional leadership among the our wider Green Cross Health clinicians.

This team works closely to provide valuable expertise, strategic leadership and solutions to our network and leadership teams:

  • expertise, guidance and pastoral care to clinicians who are affected by serious clinical errors and patient complaints
  • new models of care, healthcare innovation, integrated healthcare systems
  • champion reform and service improvement in primary health care
  • policy setting, clinical governance, compliance and practice

  • clinical management and patient safety, ethical issues, health and safety issues, workforce development issues
