Sean has recently moved from the U.S to Whakatane. He enjoys working with all patients aged 0 – 100+. His services include urgent care as well as the prevention and treatment of chronic medical conditions. He does his best to offer a comprehensive approach to medicine, considering each patient’s individual background and health care needs. In addition to being a board certified family physician, his training includes mind-body techniques such as hypnotherapy and guided imagery as well as herbal and nutritional therapies.
Kuo Yau joined us from a Primary Care Senior Resident position in Singapore three years ago. He became a General Practitioner because he believes it is where he feels most connected to his patients and he wants to make a real difference in patients’ lives. Through a heavy patient workload and Singapore’s multiracial society, Dr Tan has developed sensitivity to working with patients from diverse backgrounds. He has a strong clinical knowledge developed through his work in primary, urgent and family care and has a graduate diploma in family medicine.
Sangita specialises in general practice and is vocationally as such.
